I am a Turkish activist, currently residing in Sweden. I am concentrated mainly on issues like the internet censorship in Turkey, anti-discrimination, copyright issues and free speech. Therefore it is imperative for me to be on friendfeed in order to keep in touch with the related activist groups in my country and make our voices heard.
Given my political stand, I tend to get negative reactions by people from opposing views. One of those people is Levent Elpen (http://www.friendfeed.com/leventelpen1). He is known to harrass and insult me openly numerous times. If you analyze his feeds, you'll see my name along with several other friends of mine, mentioned on multiple occasions. Therefore, to me it's not a surprise that this user is the one who is responsible for the deactivation of my account.
He reported that I share child pornography whereas, the photo he mentions is something I reblogged using tumblr and is only a photo of a young woman, not a child, spitting.
I have over 2000 subscribers and I doubt that those people would be there if I was into child pornography. If asked, I am sure they would all tell you that this not the case.
I would kindly request my account to be restored so that I can keep sharing my views on the importance of "free speech."
